Classroom Support Services' On-Demand Audio Content Delivery Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") consists of the distribution of classroom audio content via the internet. The on-demand classroom audio content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") may be downloaded by authorized users to computers and/or transferred to portable MP3 players. These Terms of Use govern your use of the Service. The use of this Service may also is subject to terms and conditions of the University of Washington as well as U.S. and international copyright laws.
Use of the On-Demand Audio Content Delivery Service
The On-Demand Audio Content Delivery Service is a service offered by CSS and the University of Washington to authorized students, faculty, staff and alumni for private, non-commercial use. You must use the Content as provided by CSS, and you may not edit or modify the Content or links supplied by CSS. You may not redistribute the Content.
Ownership/Attribution
The content creator retains all ownership and other rights to the content. The content creator may edit, modify or redistribute the Content and use it for any lawful purpose. U.S. and international copyright laws apply.
Right to Discontinue On-Demand Audio Content Delivery Service
CSS reserves the right to discontinue providing any or all of the Service at any time and to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the Content for any reason including, without limitation, your violation of any provision of these Terms of Use and/or the applicable On-Demand Audio Content Terms of Service. CSS assumes no liability for any of your activities in connection with the on-demand audio content and/or the on-demand audio content delivery service or for your use of the on-demand audio content and/or the on-demand audio content delivery service in connection with your website, computer or MP3 player.
