Late Equipment Returns

Customers should be contacted at least once before filing paperwork to the LATE file. This can be done in the form of a phone call, or a ticket along the lines of the following:


Dear [customer],

This is a reminder that the [equipment] checked out to you for use through [due date] is now considered overdue, and late charges may apply if the equipment is not returned in a timely manner. Please contact the CSS Help Desk at (206) 543-9900 if you have any questions or concerns about this matter.

Thank you, [signature]




Please note the date contacted, the ticket number or phone number, and your initials.
