Integrated Flowchart Documentation

Integrated Flowchart Documentation (IFD) is the use of text and symbols to describe an activity or process carried out by people. There are only six IFD symbols that we need to use for business process documentation at CSS. The diagram below illustrates the six symbols and their use.
