Test tickets

To practice using the RT system, you are encouraged create test tickets. Make a test ticket just you would a regular ticket, but make sure you put the word "test" in the subject so nobody mistakes it for an actual problem. When you are finished with the test ticket, move it to the spam queue so it can be deleted.
