Add an RSS Feed to your RT at a glance
From CSS Wiki
The CSS Request Tracker has the ability to show RSS feeds on the user's RT at a glance page.
Setting up the RSS feed is a simple two-step process:
Define the RSS feed
Go to the Preferences page. In the "RSS Feeds" box (located in the "Custom Fields" section), enter the URL of the RSS feed. You can enter as many feeds as you like, one per line. Click "Save Preferences".
Edit RT at a glance
Go to the "Customize RT at a glance" page, by clicking "RT at a glance" in the menubar of your Preferences page, or by clicking the "Edit" link on your "RT at a glance" page. The RSS feeds you have defined will be listed in the "Available" boxes. Highlight the desired feed and click the "→" button to add them to either the "body" or "summary" areas of "RT at a glance".
