Create a new query
Design a new RT Search that meets your needs. For example you may want a search that shows the last 10 resolved tickets in the operations or helpdesk queues.

Save the query
Save this search, under My saved searches, give it a description that makes sense to you. If you would like to share your search with others, please change the Privacy option away from *My saved searches* to your sections saves searches or the department's saves searches. click save.

Edit RT at a glance
On the main RT Page, click the Edit button for the main page. This is the Edit link to the right of the RT at a glance text.
Edit RT at a glance: body
Under the RT at a glance: body section, select your search on the left side and click the arrow to add it to your main page. If you are replacing the standard My Tickets query, click on that search on the right side and click Delete. You can use the up and down errors to change the order that your searches are displayed.
Click Save at the bottom of the page.
