Automated Digital Audio Recording for Teaching and Learning.
Our Automated Digital Audio Recording Service uses the Internet to distribute classroom audio recordings to students. Students can use these recordings to catch up on missed classes, review the day’s lecture material or study for exams. The ease of using these on-line recordings can expand students' opportunities for anywhere/anytime learning and practice.
How to Request CSSITG’s Digital Audio Recording Service for a Course:
Instructors teaching in classrooms equipped with our automated digital audio recording system can request this service by filling out our
online request form. The form requires a UW NetID to validate the identity and authority of the requestor. Once the request form has been received, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the requestor with information about the Digital Audio Recording Service. A list of classrooms that have automated recording equipment in them can be viewed on the
Classroom Portal web page.
