Alcoholism: The Bottom Line

- A carefully selected cross-section of work-related problems involving suspected alcoholics and supervisors are dramatized, showing the correct steps which can be taken when the supervisor sticks to his or her professional skill: the evaluation of job performance. The supervisor is encouraged to refer the suspected alcoholic to the appropriate company or agency facility for professional counseling within the context of existing labor/management policies regarding problem workers.
