- (Nova series) One possible solution might be to harness the wind's solar-based energy but at present windmills bigger than giant jets are efficient only at 80 mph. Another solution is to use the sea which stores the wind's energy as waves or to use the heat within sea water itself through ocean thermal energy conversion.
