- (Odyssey series) In the James Bay area of Northern Quebec live the Cree Indians whose way of life is threatened by the hydroelectric development being planned by the Government of Quebec. Living during part of the year in permanent settlements like Mistassini, many of the Cree also maintain hunting territories in this northern wilderness to which they travel in the autumn and where they remain until spring. The entire family travels to the camp and works together in a tradition that is centuries old.
