It's 13 years later, 1960, his Bar Mitzvah, and they're still at it. Max Glick is a typical 13-year-old growing up in a small Canadian town during the early 1960s. When Max is paired with pretty Celia in a local piano competition, he is smitten. Is this just puppy love or the real thing? His parents, however, don't approve. He stands his ground and disobeys his parents . . . for that first and painful time.
