- A number of Mexican officials and university professors present their views on labor, the parameters of agreement, and the agreements effect on the struggling Mexican economy. It looks at number of different viewpoints as to the problems involved and what long-term implications might be. But the single question is whether or not Mexico can maintain its profound national identity, while, at the same time, it works to increase its international connections.
