Strolling in the city of Quebec, means, in the Winter, hearing the sumptuous groaning of the ice, bullied and broken up by the tide of the St. Lawrence; it means to listen to the joyful quacking of thousands of wild ducks, of white geese and of Canadian geese coming back to us from the South every Spring; it means feeling so proud of the St. Lawrence, which, in the gulf, will open up its jaws onto Europe; it means that as you go down these winding streets lined with ancient houses, you discover that Quebec can only be French. I love it so! (Musical soundtrack without narration) (Donated by the Department of Canadian Studies)
