Conflict on the Line

- Presents a case study of a conflict involving a supervisor and a worker in a department. The problem is presented, first, through the eyes of the worker and then through the eyes of the supervisor. Naturally, each presents the case to his or her advantage. Since both are good workers and the manager wants to keep both, he tries to resolve the conflict but he does not succeed. The conflict essentially involves three elements: supervisor vs. worker, quantity vs. quality, female vs. male. Open-ended.
