- Shows how to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to resolve inevitable ones positively and productively. Shows how to save the time and energy wasted on angry stalemates. A judge escapes from a brawling courtroom and guides the viewer through five whimsical but pointed vignettes. Each ignites into ugly hostility until the judge intervenes and saves the day with some simple conflict management skills.
