Citizen Harold

- The all too familiar frustrations of trying to get some action through government channels is the theme of this amusing animated film. Our hero Harold is no champion of causes, but when he sees trees being cut down in his neighborhood to make way for a development it rouses him to challenge City Hall. Good luck, Harold!
