Penny and Ann

Presents Penny, who is a blind young woman, and Ann, her therapist, as they work together to provide Penny with the skills she needs to be self-sufficient. Shows the inner feelings of both women as they learn ways for Penny to cook, walk, type, attend ball games, apply lipstick and do other taken-for-granted activities. Reveals how Ann learns from Penny and, in turn, will train new therapists to work with other blind people to give them the confidence and skills needed to actively participate in life.
