The story begins during the pre-Confederation planning stages. Draws on rare historical photos and extensive new material to review the past and delve into the future. Among the highlights of this program is a sequence on the Diamond Jubilee Celebrations of 1927 containing audio excerpts from Canada's first nation-wide radio broadcast.
