(Industrial Japan series)
Presents an explanation of the Japanese philosophy of "team work," in this case the QC (Quality Control) circle of workers. Rather than using a vertical chain of command, the QC circle is one of equal partners who freely choose to work together to increase their efficiency and help each other do a better job. The company is then made up of concentric circles of workers each striving for the benefit of the whole. (Deposited by the Japan Institute for Social and Economic Affairs)
