Cause the Effect--Affect the Cause

- (Produced by the American Hospital Association under a grant from the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism) Shows how the attitudes of hospital personnel can influence a patient's willingness to cooperate. Shows that negative attitudes on the part of the hospital staff can be perceived by the patient and that those attitudes, in turn, place the patient-staff relationship in jeopardy.
