Case of the Snarled Parking Lot, The

Presents a manager's attempt to solve a simple problem-- unauthorized parking in reserved parking spaces--and the unintended consequences of his approach. The crisis he eventually faces is due largely to a failure to anticipate how his attempts to solve the problem might affect the people involved.
