Barbara Parsons is a relatively new employee with the company. Michael Blais has worked there for nineteen years. Still, when a supervisor announced his retirement, Barbara applied for and was promoted to that position over Michael and he was left in a dead-end job. He had a grievance. Follows the grievance procedure through to its conclusion.
