- 1976 ----- color ----- 20 min ----- 16mm
- Eminent weatherman Dr. Walter Roberts and engineers Dr. Lewis Grant and Terry McLorg explain how they are working to remove some of the guesswork from weather forecasting. In Dr. Roberts' project, computers simulate atmospheric conditions and investigations are under way to determine the effect of man-made pollution in the atmosphere. Dr. Grant is hoping to find ways in which man can control weather in order to eliminate catastrophes such as hurricanes and floods. McLorg's solution is to build domes over cities; if you can't control the weather--remove it!
