- (Directed by Frederic Rossif, To Die in Madrid) Presents the development of Israel into a modern Jewish homeland. Shows the earliest migration and settlement at the turn of the Twentieth Century, with the heavier migrations of the Thirties and Forties also examined. The development of the Kibbutz, the Balfour Declaration, relations with the League of Nations and confrontations with the Arabs and British are covered, as well as the as the original incident with the ship, Exodus. After Partition, the film continues with coverage on the wars with the Arabs, Suez and finally the Six Days War in June, 1967.
