• Presents a new concept in business education/training. It teaches managers how to double their effectiveness by making full use of their office staff. Advocates using the too often untapped skills and talents of that staff to its full potential. In medical training a future doctor is taught how to use a nurse's skills releasing the doctor's time for other matters. Seldom, however, does business train managers to help secretaries and other staff develop into a more productive team. The techniques apply whether a manager and secretary work on a one-to-one basis or whether the staff is multi-faceted. (Restricted to use by institutions of Higher Education in Washington state only)
