- Traces the beginnings of Western civilization in terms of the heritage received from the Sumerian, Tigris-Euphrates Valley culture of fifty centuries ago. The re-creation of this early civilization is accomplished through the intermingling of museum pieces drawn from collections all over the world and live-action photography of existing remains.
