Richardson's development as an architect is chronicled through twenty-four of his buildings, culminating in the New London design. Traces the story of the dedicated local citizen's group and their collaboration with a prominent Boston architect in altering public opinion towards the building and making the renovation possible. The actual construction progress is followed finishing with the newly recycled structure.
