Public: Patron of the Arts

  • 1978 ----- color ----- 29 min ----- 16mm
  • Across Washington state arts communities are making good use of mini-grants and public support of the arts. Shows some of these activities, especially in the smaller communities--Wenatchee, Othello, Kettle Falls, Walla Walla and others.. Shows how diversified are both the sources of support money for the arts and how diversified are the arts organizations and facilities being supported. The end result is to show how important is the "seed money" often provided through various state and municipal arts councils, as well as emphasizing the extent of the involvement.
