- Printmaking is a varied and expressive art form. To explain and illustrate some of the forms Manson Kennedy has interviewed a number of prominent Northwest artists while they are at work: Manuel Izquierdo, woodcut; James McLarty, color woodcut; James Hibbard, engraving (intaglio); Laverne Krause, etching and dry point; George Johanson, mixed media; John Rock, lithography; and Louis Bunce, screen printing.
