Power and Conflict in the Organization: We Can Work It Out

• Power struggles exist in all organizations and at all levels. A training session is shown with participants developing an understanding of the dynamics of conflict and its resolution. In the structured role-playing exercise, the manager is free to take risks, to try out more effective means of communication and to test new techniques for effecting change. Participants are plunged into roles in which they are subjected to various pressures that cause conflicts.
