Piaget on Piaget: The Epistemology of Jean Piaget

- Jean Piaget's ideas and writings have been influential throughout the world in the studies of child development and education. He takes the occasion of this film to clarify certain concepts and to correct some misunderstandings about his ideas. Piaget sets forth his ideas on the nature and grounds of knowledge, as seen in some of the classic experiments in his research with children. Collaborating with Piaget on this project was the noted Swiss director, Claude Goretta. (In French with English subtitles)
