Physical Development

- Provides an overview of normal physical growth and development from infancy to adolescence, including puberty. Perceptual and motor skills development in the early and middle childhood are compared by Dr. Jack Keogh, University of Southern California. Movement education for children with learning disabilities is shown to improve perceptual motor skills and, with normal children, it can reduce tension to enhance learning.
