Photosynthesis - Starch Formation: Factors Chlorophyll and Co2
- 1974 ----- color ----- 5 min ----- 16mm
- The localized requirement of light for starch synthesis is demonstrated by comparing the starch content of light-grown, dark-grown and stencil-shaded leaves using the iodine test for starch. Starch test on a leaf which has been shaded by a photographic negative dramatically demonstrates the proportional effect of light intensity on photosynthesis.
