Perception (CRM)

- Perception by definition is an awareness of objects and events through our senses. Using film clips, visual experiments and works of art, various factors are identified which effect the way people develop personal, subjective awareness of the objects and events around them, and shows that no two people really perceive the world in precisely the same way. Thus we have different points of view and often conflicts as to "what really happened" or "what was really meant." Makes the point that although objectivity is an admirable goal, weighing a diversity of opinions and viewpoints is a more normal, potentially more enriching means for evaluating judgments and decisions.
