Out of the Shadows

• Demonstrates a special education project with about 50 severely retarded children, none of whom have I.Q.'s above 40. Through a well organized reinforcement system these children who would otherwise have continued to exist in a custodial environment learn the motor skills, color perception and the basic speech formation which allow them to participate in regular hospital programs which are geared to the moderately and mildly retarded.
