Presents evidence from academic research conducted in Washington, D. C. and Europe, and from documents stolen from the South African Embassy in Bonn. Includes interviews with officials including Donald Sole (South African ambassador to the United States, a former ambassador to West Germany and formerly South Africa's representative to the International Atomic Energy Association).
