• (South African series) Presents a document of Western support for South Africa by focusing on international nuclear cooperation. Introduces the technologies involved in nuclear proliferation. With evidence of South Africa's nuclear development, this study raises questions about the policies and actions of the United States and West Germany. Presents evidence from academic research conducted in Washington, D. C. and Europe, and from documents stolen from the South African Embassy in Bonn. Includes interviews with officials including Donald Sole (South African ambassador to the United States, a former ambassador to West Germany and formerly South Africa's representative to the International Atomic Energy Association).
