Mexico: The Frozen Revolution

- Blends rare footage of the events and personalities of the Mexican Revolution of 1910-1917 with contemporary documentary scenes to present a comprehensive socio-historical analysis of Mexico, a society shown to be the result of a revolution that has failed to live up to its promises. Scenes of the 1910 revolution are contrasted with the revolutionary rhetoric of the Institutional Revolutionary Party, exposing the electoral campaign as a brilliantly produced farce.
