Maharajas: Imperialism by Conspiracy

- Hosted by the former Maharajah of Patialia in the Punjab, this documentary traces the rise of the Maharajas to their pinnacle of power and majesty and to their eventual decline through "understandings" with the British East India Company and later with the British Crown itself. Rare phtographs from the personal archives of several former maharajas lends an added dimension of interest to the film.
