Justice and the Poor

- A report on the inequities in the present judicial system and on some reforms which are being made. Asserts that the poor receive callous treatment from the police, are penalized by the bail system and can seldom obtain the services of a qualified lawyer. Various attempts to remedy these situations are documented including bail reforms in New York, police-youth dialogues in Palo Alto and the use of the Univac machine to provide good lawyers for indigents in Houston.
