Animal Communication

- Looks at the variety of signals used by a dozen species, from insects to primates, in communication. In a baboon troop we observe the struggle for dominance between an older male and younger males. We learn about the cricket's special mating song; how some birds and tropical fish use color; the importance of scent in the life of dogs. Scientists believe that the study of animal communication will yield new insights into man and how he communicates.
