- With the exception of murder, rape is the most heinous crime against the civil rights of a human being. The lack of knowledge concerning rape centers around viewing rape as a crime against the body. It is, rather, a crime against the mind and emotions of the victims. Basic to Frederic Storaska's program is the recognition of the human element--understanding the emotional make-up of both victim and assailant. His aim is the reduction of violence from the attacker. His comprehensive program of prevention is designed to give his audience a total understanding of what the assault involves.
