- Jeff Minnebraker, after losing the use of his legs in an auto crash, has fought his way back to a happy life, a fulfilling career and a meaningful role in society that carries satisfactions not too many people ever achieve. Since his accident Jeff has returned to college, married and become a recreational therapist at the hospital where he was once a patient. Presents a cross-section of his activities, his life and his hopes and, in doing so, reveals a person who reawakens the hopes of others around him.
