- 1974 ----- color ----- 21 min ----- 16mm
- Presents the grievance procedure from the beginning when the grievance is caused to the end where the grievance is ultimately decided. Following Bill, a union steward who works in a hospital, we see his grievance along each of its official steps after the nurse he works for, docks him pay, saying he takes too long on union business whereas the union agreement says stewards are allowed a reasonable amount of time. Shows the value of workers and the strength of unions. (Presented by the United States Civil Service Commission)
