- Western culture has become overly structured by adherence to schedules and commitments. . . yet given this strict attention to time, most people cannot effectively budget their working time to meet the demands of the clock. Discusses some of the reasons why personal and organizational time scheduling are so difficult. By illustrating some of the common personal adaptations to time scheduling, the film presents a set of specific "how-to" suggestions giving pointers that can help any worker better manage his/her time or his/her subordinates' time.
