Mary Gates Hall offers several room types to accomodate a variety of events with ease. Mary Gates Hall encompasses eighteen classrooms, ten meeting rooms, an auditorium and three computer classrooms. The Commons, which is located in the heart of the building, can accommodate up to 260 guests for a standing reception. The following is a breakdown of our facility:

• Commons: Seats 150-200
• Breakout Room: Seats 10-12
• Seminar Room: Seats 20-25
• Classroom: Seats 25-90
• Auditorium: Seats 165
• Computer Classroom: Seats 28-48

Beginning Autumn Quarter 2009, quarterly classes requesting a standard or computer-equipped classroom in Mary Gates Hall will be able to submit a request via the Departmental Time Schedule Construction System by clicking here. Until then, please contact the Room Assignments office regarding scheduling classes in Mary Gates Hall.
