Classroom Support Services Help Desk

Outstanding service begins with Classroom Support Services' Help Desk. Our Help Desk ensures that all faculty, staff, and students have the technical support they need.

Call 206.543.9900  if you need technical assistance. We are available to answer your technical support questions and requests for assistance from 7:45 am until 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday during Autumn, Winter and Spring Quarters. Assistance by telephone is available from 7:45am until 6:00pm during Summer Quarter.

When you contact us, we will enter your request for support into our ticket tracking system. We will ask for your name, your UW NetID, and a summary of your request for assistance. Your request will be assigned a ticket number. CSS staff will track your ticket, recording any information related to the problem and solution. Even if we resolve your problem immediately, creating the ticket will help us keep a record of the types of problems encountered, and help us to provide even better support in the future.

Contact Our Help Desk via the Web

To request assistance via the web:

1.) Go to the CSS Help Desk Web Form.
2.) Fill out the form.
3.) Click the Next button at the bottom of the form as needed.
4.) Click the Submit Request button at the bottom of the form.

The information you enter into the web form will be sent to the Help Desk. Our help desk ticket software will reply to your request automatically. The reply will include the ticket number that CSS staff members will use to track your request for assistance. A CSS staff member will promptly follow-up with you.
